Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a welcoming atmosphere
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS, and relay orders efficiently to the kitchen staff
- Handle cash, process payments, and perform cashiering duties with precision and integrity
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, bar, and service stations in accordance with food safety regulations
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve guests promptly while maintaining high-quality service
- Support food handling and preparation tasks as needed,

Experience

- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and basic math for cash handling and billing purposes
- Experience in hospitality or serving roles is highly valued, along with a passion for delivering guest-centric service
- Basic kitchen experience or understanding of food preparation processes is a plus

Pay: $18.50-$20.00 per hour
