Summary

Birdhouse Wingerie & Bar is an upscale casual restaurant and bar on the West Island. We are seeking a vibrant, fun, and sharp Front of

House Manager to work the bar and dining room and ensure customers are receiving 5-star service. The FOH Manager is responsible for working with the other managers to manage the restaurant within the policies and procedures of the organization; ensuring guest satisfaction and profit maximization with operational responsibility.

As FOH Manager you will ensure the development, training, and leadership of a strong and effective service team along with recruitment, training, supervision and support of everyone in the front-of-house. As a leader, you will set a high standard, enforce processes and policies, work on scheduling, help provide solutions for day-to-day problems, and build a strong culture. You will establish clear expectations & create a culture of accountability to achieve results.

REQUIREMENTS A minimum of 3 years FOH Management experience within the hospitality industry

Must be able to motivate and positively influence staff, especially during times of low morale

Solid understanding of POS and Payment terminals

Self starter, always looking for ways to improve and push the business forward

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
