Seeking 4-6 full time staff for our upcoming new Lower Sackville location of Domino's Pizza. Ideal candidates will be able to be trained to take on a supervisory or shift runner role. Priority will go to applicants with an open availability and especially ones who are available to work closing shifts.

Training will begin immediately out of our other locations such as our Bedford location so you are ready to go as soon as construction is complete. Please note we are not assisting with immigration at this time.

Responsibilities

- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and operational excellence
- Supervise and motivate team members, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to foster a positive work environment
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality standards and food safety compliance
- Handle cash transactions, POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, and cash handling procedures accurately
- Ensure adherence to food safety regulations, proper food handling, and sanitation practices across all shifts
- Support hiring efforts by participating in interviewing prospective employees and onboarding new staff members
- Maintain inventory levels,



order supplies, and manage stock to prevent shortages or waste
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Lead by example in restaurant management tasks including scheduling, cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with company policies

Qualifications

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant management with a focus on supervising teams in fast-paced environments
- Robust background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling procedures
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for transactions and reporting
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in supervising staff, managing schedules, and conducting interviews
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to hospitality
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation protocols, and kitchen operations
- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality industry roles such as bartending or barista work is a plus
- Ability to handle cash accurately and operate restaurant equipment efficiently
