Functional Consultant, Ivalua

About the Role

We're hiring a Functional Consultant to lead workstreams on Ivalua source-to-pay implementations. You'll run client design sessions, shape the solution for your scope, oversee configuration and testing, and make sure what goes live matches what was sold and actually gets adopted.

The team sits within a specialist source-to-pay consultancy that advises on, implements, and supports cloud spend management platforms for enterprise procurement and finance teams across North America. Clients come to them for delivery that holds together across modules and keeps paying off after go-live.

This role is for someone who has already owned pieces of an Ivalua rollout and is ready to lead a workstream end to end, with a explicit path to Senior Consultant.

What You'll Do

- Lead defined functional workstreams on Ivalua implementations, from design through deployment readiness
- Facilitate client workshops and design sessions, and turn what you hear into solution designs tied to business objectives
- Own configuration, testing oversight, and go-live readiness for your workstream
- Advise clients on S2P best practices and process improvements




- Flag risks early and bring a mitigation plan with them
- Serve as the main functional contact for your workstream, keeping mid-level client stakeholders aligned and handling escalations within scope
- Contribute to effort estimates and scope shaping, and support expansion conversations when they come up
- Mentor analysts and share what's working across the service line

Qualifications

- Strong functional experience with Ivalua across multiple S2P modules, including hands-on configuration
- Experience leading a workstream on a source-to-pay implementation through go-live
- Confidence facilitating workshops and design sessions with client procurement and finance teams
- Some exposure to estimation or scoping on consulting engagements
- Solid stakeholder management with day-to-day client contacts
- Experience guiding or mentoring analysts
- Consulting background strongly preferred
- Based in Canada or the US
