Job Summary

Join our agile security team as a Gatehouse Security Officer, where your vigilance and dedication will ensure the safety and security of our facility. In this vital role, you will oversee access control at the gatehouse, monitor surveillance systems, and uphold loss prevention measures. Responsibilities

- Manage entry and exit points by verifying credentials and authorizing access for authorized personnel, visitors, and vendors
- Conduct thorough surveillance using CCTV systems to monitor activity around the premises and identify potential security threats
- Perform regular visual inspections of the gatehouse area, perimeter fences, and surrounding property to detect suspicious activity or security breaches
- Enforce loss prevention policies by monitoring for theft or unauthorized access and responding appropriately
- Communicate effectively with local law enforcement or emergency responders during incidents or emergencies
- Maintain detailed logs of all access activities, surveillance footage reviews, incident reports, and shift documentation
- Ensure all security protocols are followed consistently to uphold safety standards across the facility

Qualifications
- Prior experience in law enforcement, security, or related fields demonstrating strong knowledge of security procedures and protocols
- Proficiency in surveillance technology, including CCTV operation and monitoring systems
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques to deter theft and unauthorized activities




- Ability to remain alert and vigilant during long shifts while maintaining professionalism under pressure
- Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and effective interaction with team members and visitors
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in security or law enforcement are a plus
- Must be a French speaking Candidate

Preferred qualifications include experience with CCTV systems, familiarity with surveillance best practices, and relevant certifications such as security guard licenses or law enforcement training. Pay: $17.50-$20.00 per hour
