We are seeking a motivated and dependable General Farm Labourer/ Machinery Operator to join our dynamic Garlic agricultural team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily farm operations through hands-on labour and efficient operation of various machinery. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will contribute to the smooth running of farm activities, including crop maintenance, irrigation management, and equipment upkeep.

Duties
- Operate a variety of farm machinery
- Assist with planting, watering, fertilizing, and harvesting crops using appropriate tools and techniques
- Use hand tools and power tools for repairs, adjustments, and general farm maintenance tasks
- Lift heavy loads up to 50 lbs. safely during material handling or equipment setup as needed
- Follow safety protocols at all times while operating machinery or handling farm materials
Experience
- Previous experience working on a farm or in an agricultural setting is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Comfort with using hand tools, power tools, and basic math skills
- Physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions is essential
