This role supports the HR department by maintaining the HRIS, managing system integrations, identifying and launching AI for HR, and leveraging data to improve decision‐making and enhance employee experience. The ideal candidate is people-oriented, detail focused, and committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and compliant workplace.Key ResponsibilitiesThe duties and responsibilities outlined below are not exhaustive and may be modified at any time without notice; additional tasks and responsibilities may be assigned as required to support organizational needs:HRIS ManagementMaintain and configure HRIS (SuccessFactors) to support HR processes (e.G. onboarding, payroll, performance, compensation, training, recruitment, etc.)Troubleshoot system issues and liaise with vendors for resolutionEnsure compliance with data security and privacy standardsData Analytics & ReportingDevelop and maintain HR dashboards and reportsPrepare and submit headcount and diversity KPIs and safety and compliance reports through global platforms (Zeus, Risk Radar, etc.)Analyze workforce data to identify trends and support strategic decisionsProvide ad hoc reporting and insights as requestedData IntegrityMonitor and audit HR data for accuracy and completenessImplement processes to ensure consistent data quality across systemsTrain HR team members on data entry standards and best practicesSystem IntegrationsManage and facilitate integrations between HRIS and other platforms (e.G., payroll, benefits, vehicle program, WhatFix,



IT ticketing)Collaborate with IT and vendors to ensure seamless data flowTest and validate system updates and new integrationsProcess ImprovementIdentify opportunities to streamline HR processes through technologySupport HR digital transformation initiativesQualificationFormal EducationRequired: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fieldCHRP designation or working toward certification or other related designation is an assetExperience5+ years of progressive and related HR experienceProficiency in HRIS platforms (SuccessFactors an asset) and direct implementation, integration and system maintenance experienceAdvanced Excel and experience with BI tools (e.G. Power Bi, Tableau)Project management experience an assetCompetenciesClear and professional communication with HR stakeholders and vendorsKnowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislationAbility to interpret complex data and present actionable insightsAbility to troubleshoot technical issues and propose solutionsAbility to manage sensitive data with discretion and professionalismDetail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skillsStrong understanding of privacy and compliance requirementsCollaborative team player with a proactive and solution-focused approachComfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environmentWork FlexibilityHybrid remote with on-site presence required 3+ days per weekRequires ability to work with cross-functional teams and vendors in different time zonesFlexibility for overtime during peak periods or urgent HR mattersRequires focus and accuracy in data handling and documentationExposure to sensitive information and matters requiring discretion and professionalismSalary range is dependent on factors such as industry-based experience, skills, training, credentials, and other qualifications.
