Maintenance Person - Full Time/Part TimeWork hours: 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM (24 hours per week for part‑time positions).Location: In person.DutiesMaintain recreational building, including pool, hot tub, small exercise room, change rooms, boiler room and self‑chlorination system (3 hours per day). Typical tasks: janitorial cleaning, tending to pool and hot tub chemicals.Perform minor repairs to cottages, such as installing taps, shower heads, caulking, unclogging sinks and toilets, paint touch‑ups, replacing smoke alarms, light bulbs, fans, switches, locks, windows, doors, shower doors,
