Tu maîtrises les normes IFRS et tu es à l’aise avec les clôtures, les éliminations intercompagnies et la préparation d’états financiers consolidés?

Une importante organisation spécialisée en gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement est actuellement à la recherche d’un ou une Gestionnaire principal(e), Consolidation pour rejoindre son équipe finance située au centre-ville de Montréal.

Dans ce rôle, tu seras responsable de diriger les processus de consolidation mensuels, trimestriels et annuels pour plusieurs entités, tout en assurant l’exactitude et la conformité de l’information financière.

Tu travailleras également sur des projets d’amélioration des processus, de transformation financière et d’implantation de systèmes ERP, en étroite collaboration avec la haute direction et les différentes équipes financières.

Tes responsabilités :

- Diriger les processus de consolidation financière mensuels, trimestriels et annuels pour plusieurs entités
- Préparer et réviser les états financiers consolidés conformément aux normes IFRS
- Préparer les écritures de consolidation complexes et les éliminations intercompagnies
- Participer aux clôtures mensuelles et annuelles et effectuer les analyses de bilan
- Préparer les rapports financiers destinés à la haute direction et fournir des analyses pertinentes
- Soutenir les audits externes et assurer le respect des contrôles internes
- Participer aux projets d’implantation ERP et de transformation financière




- Identifier et mettre en place des améliorations aux processus d’information financière

Profil recherché :

- 7 à 10 ans d’expérience en information financière, consolidation ou audit
- Solide expérience en consolidation financière dans un environnement multi-entités
- Excellente connaissance des normes IFRS
- Baccalauréat en comptabilité, finance ou domaine connexe
- Titre CPA considéré comme un atout
- Expérience avec des projets ERP ou de transformation financière
- Profil analytique, structuré, autonome et capable d’évoluer auprès de la haute direction

Compétences requises :

- Très bonne maîtrise d’Excel et des systèmes ERP
- Expérience avec Power BI ou un outil de reporting similaire considérée comme un atout
- Français et anglais courants, avec utilisation quotidienne de l’anglais dans un contexte international

Are you comfortable with IFRS standards, month-end and year-end close processes, intercompany eliminations, and the preparation of consolidated financial statements?

A leading organization specializing in supply chain management is currently looking for a Senior Manager, Financial Consolidation to join its finance team located in downtown Montreal.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation processes across multiple entities,



while ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial reporting.

You will also contribute to process improvement initiatives, finance transformation projects, and ERP implementations, working closely with senior leadership and various finance teams.

Your responsibilities:

- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidation processes across multiple entities
- Prepare and review consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS
- Prepare complex consolidation entries and intercompany eliminations
- Participate in month-end and year-end close processes and perform balance sheet analyses
- Prepare financial reports for senior leadership and provide relevant financial analysis
- Support external audits and ensure compliance with internal controls
- Participate in ERP implementation and finance transformation projects
- Identify and implement improvements to financial reporting processes

Profile required:

- 7 to 10 years of experience in financial reporting, consolidation, or audit
- Robust financial consolidation experience within a multi-entity environment
- Excellent knowledge of IFRS
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA designation considered an asset
- Experience with ERP projects or finance transformation initiatives
- Strong analytical, organizational, and autonomous working style, with the ability to interact effectively with senior leadership

Required skills:

- Strong proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
- Experience with Power BI or a similar reporting tool considered an asset
- Fluent French and English, with daily use of English in an international business environment
