DriveSimple is a brake-service platform built to make brake replacement simpler, more transparent, and easier to arrange. Backed by MAX Advanced Brakes, DriveSimple gives customers a clearer way to book brake service, with upfront pricing, trusted local garages, and a more coordinated experience.

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to help us grow demand, improve conversion, strengthen the brand, and build marketing programs that can scale with the business.

The Role

This is a hands-on role for someone who can think strategically and execute well. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager and external partners to manage acquisition channels, improve the customer journey, develop campaigns, and use performance data to decide what to test and improve next.

Key Responsibilities

Growth & Performance Marketing

- Plan and execute customer acquisition campaigns across paid, owned, and organic channels
- Work closely with our external team to develop and improve paid search and social campaigns
- Set clear campaign objectives, priorities, target audiences, and messaging direction
- Review performance, search intent, and traffic quality and conversion with internal/external teams
- Identify new opportunities to grow qualified traffic and bookings
- Recommend where to increase, reduce, or adjust marketing efforts
- Contribute to DriveSimple’s overall growth strategy

Conversion & Customer Journey

- Review the customer journey from first visit to booking
- Identify friction and drop-off points
- Work with internal/external teams to improve landing pages, messaging, and calls to action
- Develop and evaluate conversion tests
- Help make the service easier for customers to understand and book

Content, Social & Email





- Develop campaign ideas and content that build awareness and interest
- Manage social content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant channels
- Create or coordinate copy, graphics, short-form video, and campaign assets
- Manage email and lifecycle campaigns through Klaviyo
- Build automated flows, audience segments, follow-up campaigns, and re-engagement programs

Analytics & Partners

- Use GA4 and other tools to understand traffic, customer behavior, and conversion
- Track marketing performance across channels, and turn into explicit recommendation
- Prepare regular reports and help define useful KPIs
- Manage agencies, freelancers, and other marketing partners

What We’re Looking For

- 3–5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads
- Good understanding of customer acquisition, search intent, and digital funnels
- Strong working knowledge of GA4
- Experience with landing-page optimization and conversion testing
- Experience with email or lifecycle marketing; Klaviyo experience is preferred
- Experience managing social media and short-form content
- Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills
- Experience working with agencies, freelancers, or external vendors
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Comfortable questioning assumptions and bringing forward new ideas

Nice to Have

- Meta Ads and/or TikTok Ads experience
- Shopify experience
- CRM and marketing automation experience
- Experience in automotive, ecommerce, marketplace, or local-service businesses
- Basic Canva or Adobe Creative Suite skills
- Experience creating or directing short-form video
- Experience creating and managing influencer programs

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
