BattleFit Gym is a 24/7 gym in Battleford, SK. We're growing and need a reliable, responsible person to help run the gym day to day and help new people join.

This is a part-time job with room to grow. If you do well, there's a path to more hours, more pay and more responsibility.

What you'll do

- Keep the gym clean, organized and ready for members
- Greet members and walk-ins, answer questions and give tours
- Sell memberships and follow up with people who are interested
- Help members with sign-ups, billing questions and key fobs
- Answer calls, texts and messages
- Report anything broken or out of place

Who we're looking for
- Dependable - you show up on time and do what you say
- Friendly and calm with people, including upset customers
- Comfortable asking for the sale
- Organized and good with details




- Interest in fitness is a plus but not required
- Sales, retail or customer service experience is a plus

Pay
- $18-20/hr to start, based on experience
- Raise after 90 days if you're doing well
- Bonus for every membership you sell
- Staff discount at Supplement World in North Battleford
- Flexible schedule, about 15-25 hours a week
