Overview

The Haunted Attraction Wagon Driver is responsible for safely operating a tractor and wagon carrying guests through one of Saunders Farm’s seasonal attractions. This role combines safe vehicle operation, guest service, and attraction operations to ensure each ride runs smoothly and on schedule. The ideal candidate is confident operating large equipment, enjoys interacting with guests, and can remain calm and professional in a busy seasonal environment.

Key Responsibilities

Attraction Operations

- Safely operate a tractor and wagon carrying adult and child passengers on a designated attraction route.
- Load and unload guests safely and efficiently.




- Complete pre- and post-shift safety and equipment checks.
- Follow designated routes and departure schedules to ensure rides operate safely and on time.
- Report mechanical issues, safety concerns, or operational problems to the Operations or Production Manager.

Guest Experience

- Provide friendly, welcoming, and engaging interactions with guests throughout the experience.
- Answer guest questions and address concerns professionally.
- Help create a fun, safe, and memorable attraction experience for all guests.

Operations Support

- Follow all Saunders Farm health, safety, and operational procedures.
- Assist the Operations team with event and festival preparation and in office projects as required.
- Perform other duties within the scope of the role as operational needs evolve.

Qualifications

- Valid G Driver’s Licence and clean driving record required.
- Previous experience operating tractors, large vehicles, or machinery is considered an asset.
- Previous customer service or guest-facing experience is considered an asset.
