Job Summary

Acadia is seeking an experienced, skilled, and dependable Head Chef to lead daily kitchen operations, maintain high food-quality standards, and support the kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have strong culinary leadership, organization, and communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee daily kitchen operations and food preparation
- Supervise, train, and support kitchen staff
- Prepare and oversee menu items according to restaurant standards
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion standards
- Develop and maintain recipes and kitchen preparation procedures
- Coordinate kitchen operations during busy service periods
- Monitor inventory, supplies, food costs, and ordering needs
- Ensure proper food storage, handling, and temperature control
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen
- Follow food safety, sanitation,



and workplace standards

Requirements
- Previous Head Chef, Executive Chef, or senior kitchen experience preferred
- Strong culinary and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
- Solid knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour Expected hours: 34.0 per week
