As a Part time Seasonal Hunting Associate, you will work closely with the Retail Manager to provide top-notch service and product knowledge to our customers. This role focuses on creating a fantastic shopping environment, guiding customers to make informed choices, and maintaining high standards of store presentation. Your enthusiasm for the outdoors will enrich the shopping experience for every visitor.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with their purchase decisions
• Promote our outdoor programs and offers effectively
• Maintain cleanliness and visual merchandising in-store




• Resolve customer concerns with logical solutions
• Provide support to different store areas when required
Requirements:
• Preferably one year experience in sales or service
• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Ability to understand and meet customer needs
• Knowledge of products related to the outdoor lifestyle
• Good judgment and decision-making capabilities
