Donewell Property Services is seeking motivated, experienced, and dependable individuals to join our team for the upcoming 2026–2027 snow removal season.

We are currently hiring Snow Removal Operators / Skid Steer Operators and are especially interested in candidates who also have landscaping or landscape construction experience and are available to start immediately.

Position Overview As a Snow Removal Operator / Skid Steer Operator, you will be responsible for operating skid steers and other snow removal equipment on commercial properties throughout the winter season.

This position requires someone who is dependable,



comfortable operating equipment, capable of working independently when required, and able to complete work safely and efficiently while maintaining Donewell's standards for quality and professionalism.

Candidates with landscape construction experience may have the opportunity to start immediately with our landscaping division before transitioning into winter snow operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of commercial snow removal experience
- Strong skid steer operating experience
- Experience operating snow removal equipment safely and efficiently
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driver's abstract
- Comfortable driving a truck and trailer
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Strong time-management skills
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to follow routes, instructions, and service expectations
- Strong commitment to quality and safety
- Dependable and punctual
- Positive and professional attitude

Landscaping Experience Preferred We are especially interested in candidates with previous landscaping or landscape construction experience.

Experience in any of the following areas is considered an asset:

- Skid steer operation
- Grading and site preparation
- Material movement
- Patios and hardscaping
- Retaining walls
- Sod installation
- Final grades
- Mulch and rock beds
- Tree and shrub planting
- Fence and deck construction
- Brick and stone work
- General landscape construction

Candidates with strong landscaping experience may have the opportunity to begin work immediately rather than waiting for the snow season to begin.

Responsibilities

- Operate skid steers and other snow removal equipment safely and efficiently
- Complete commercial snow removal according to company standards and service requirements
- Maintain a high level of workmanship and attention to detail
- Work independently and alongside other members of the snow removal team
- Operate trucks, trailers, skid steers,



and other equipment safely and responsibly
- Perform equipment inspections and report maintenance or mechanical concerns
- Communicate with supervisors and management regarding property conditions, equipment, and service requirements
- Follow assigned routes and property-specific instructions
- Maintain clean and professional job sites
- Follow company safety procedures and expectations
- Assist other crews and team members when required
- Take ownership of assigned equipment and responsibilities

- Refilling rock chip bins
- Assisting with shop duties
- Equipment preparation and cleanup
- Supporting other snow removal crews
- Assisting with landscaping operations before the winter season
