Our company is a growing trucking fleet that has been in business for over 25 years. We are looking for a new parts manager to add to our team. The position is full time Monday through Friday.

Daily Tasks

- Using electronic cataloging and in house business systems for stock numbers, pricing, maintaining stock and inventory
- Inspecting damaged parts brought in by Staff to determine the proper replacement
- Identifying the necessary parts for a mechanic to complete a repair
- Examining parts for defects and contacting suppliers about exchanges and refunds
- Recording incoming parts and stocking the item

Required skills: Minimum of 5 year of heavy-duty truck or automotive parts experience





- Functional literacy and capability of recognizing part numbers and line codes to ensure the proper selection of parts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer skills with ability to learn in-house programs
- Prior parts sourcing or purchasing of parts an asset
- Capable of lifting and moving merchandise
- Generate monthly inventory reports
