The Opportunity

We're a small and growing team, and we're looking for a dependable Helper / Gutter Cleaner who isn't afraid of hard work and wants to learn.

This is an entry-level position and a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, working with their hands, and being part of a crew.

You'll help our installation team with job-site setup, materials, tools, cleanup, gutter cleaning, and general labour while learning how professional gutter systems are installed and maintained.

You don't need years of gutter experience. What matters most is that you show up, work safely, take direction, have a good attitude, and take pride in doing a good job.

For the right person, this position can become the starting point for a long-term career with Gutter King.

Your Day-to-Day

- Assist Lead Installers and Journeyman Installers on residential and commercial projects
- Help load, unload, organize, and move gutters, ladders, tools, equipment, and materials
- Prepare work areas and help keep jobs organized and moving efficiently
- Perform gutter cleaning, including removing leaves, debris, and buildup from gutter systems
- Help flush and inspect downspouts and drainage systems
- Assist with basic gutter, downspout, and gutter guard installation under supervision
- Help with ladder setup, job-site preparation, and ground support for installers
- Keep the work area clean and remove debris throughout the job
- Complete final cleanup so customer properties are left clean and professional
- Maintain tools, ladders, equipment, trucks, and shop areas
- Follow instructions from Lead Installers and Journeyman Installers




- Follow all company safety procedures and job-site requirements

What We're Looking For Experience is helpful, but attitude and reliability are more important for this position.

- A valid driver's licence and acceptable driving record preferred
- Previous construction, roofing, gutter, landscaping, exterior cleaning, or general labour experience is an asset but not required
- Fall protection or other safety certifications are an asset; training may be provided depending on experience
