Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to meet high standards of cleanliness
- Prepare and assist with light cooking or meal prep as needed to support client requests
- Maintain organized cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency during each visit
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and provide personalized service
- Manage time effectively to complete scheduled appointments promptly while maintaining quality standards
- Follow safety protocols and company policies consistently to ensure a secure working environment
Qualifications
- Must be able to read and understand messages in English in order to follow instructions correctly as the expectations vary from client to client
- Prior experience in residential cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members
- Ability to manage time effectively, ensuring punctuality for all appointments
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
