We are seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as Hiring Servers and Bussers. Duties

- Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Clear tables efficiently, resetting for the next guests while maintaining sanitation standards
- Assist with food handling and basic food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols
- Support cash handling procedures accurately during transactions, including cashiering duties and upselling opportunities
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations and excellent guest services




- Uphold food safety standards by following proper hygiene practices and sanitation procedures

Skills

- Previous food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for order entry and cashiering
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Knowledge of food handling, safety regulations, and sanitation practices
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and order calculations
- Experience with food industry standards including serving, upselling, and guest services
- Kitchen experience or understanding of food preparation processes is a plus
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and team members
- Demonstrated ability to manage tasks efficiently while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
