We are seeking an energetic and welcoming Host/Hostess to join our vibrant hospitality team! Responsibilities

- Greet guests with a friendly and positive attitude as they arrive, making them feel immediately welcomed
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using POS systems such as toast, ensuring smooth seating arrangements
- Answer phone inquiries with professionalism, providing accurate information about wait times and restaurant offerings
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to optimize seating flow and minimize wait times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/hostess station and waiting area
- Assist guests with special requests or accommodations to enhance their dining experience




- Support team members by providing excellent guest services, demonstrating hospitality at all times

Experience

- Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles is preferred, especially in restaurant settings
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and positive interactions
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in hotel or restaurant environments is a plus but not required
- Demonstrated professionalism and a friendly demeanor that reflects hospitality excellence
