Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, corridors, and back-of-house spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
- Change bed linens, replenish amenities, and ensure all surfaces are sanitized and presentable
- Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms by disinfecting fixtures, mirrors, floors, and replenishing toiletries
- Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing additional attention or maintenance issues
- Follow established safety protocols during cleaning procedures to ensure a safe working workplace
- Assist with laundry duties such as sorting, washing, folding,
and distributing linens and towels
- Report any maintenance concerns or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution
Qualifications
- Previous custodial or cleaning experience preferred, especially in commercial cleaning environments
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks for extended periods
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Positive attitude with strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
