Duties

- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and common spaces to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Restock supplies like toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities to meet guest needs efficiently.
- Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures when using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure quick resolution and guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations,



including proper sanitation practices during industrial or custodial cleaning tasks.
- Assist with laundry duties when necessary to support overall housekeeping operations.

Experience

- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with cleaning techniques for both hospitality settings and industrial environments enhances effectiveness.
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards ensures consistent delivery of quality service.
- Experience with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, steam cleaners, or chemical sprayers is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment is crucial for success in this role.
