Barminco Mining Services Canada Ltd. is seeking a highly organized Human Resources Coordinator to join the team at Red Chris project location. Reporting to the Project Manager, the role supports recruitment, employee relations, performance management and other lifecycle needs. The incumbent will help plan hiring within budget, screen applicants, conduct interviews, perform pre-employment checks, coordinate offers and pre-access screening, and manage onboarding and payroll paperwork.
