We are partnering with an established, growing organization to find an experienced HR Business Partner to join its Human Resources team. This is a hands-on, strategic role supporting senior leaders across a broad range of HR functions, including workforce planning, employee relations, talent management, compensation, organizational development, and change management.

The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, helping align people strategies with business objectives while supporting a positive, engaging, and effective workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with senior leaders to understand business priorities and provide strategic HR guidance.
- Coach leaders on employee relations, performance management, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
- Lead talent reviews, succession planning, workforce planning, and employee development initiatives.
- Support organizational design, restructuring, and change management initiatives.
- Provide guidance on compensation, job evaluations, salary reviews, promotions, and internal equity.
- Lead or support employee relations matters and workplace investigations.




- Use workforce data and employee feedback to identify trends and recommend solutions.
- Support the implementation of HR programs, policies, and initiatives across assigned business units.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and leadership effectiveness.

What We're Looking For

- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience in an HR Business Partner or senior HR advisory capacity.
- Experience partnering with senior leadership and providing practical, business-focused HR guidance.
- Strong knowledge of compensation programs, job evaluation, and annual compensation cycles.
- Experience with organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
- Solid employee relations and performance management experience.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, analytical, and influencing skills.
- A university degree or college diploma in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Experience within a manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or similarly complex operational environment would be considered an asset.
