HVAC Helper - Full Time

We are looking for a reliable Full-Time HVAC Helper to join our installation team.

You will be assisting our lead installers with the installation of furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, water heaters, and ductless mini-split systems.

Responsibilities

- Assist with loading, unloading, and carrying equipment and materials
- Help install furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, water heaters, and ductless systems
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and protected
- Prepare tools and parts for the installer
- Learn and follow all safety procedures and company standards

Requirements
- Valid G driver's licence and reliable transportation
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in physical, hands-on environment
- Punctual, dependable,



and willing to learn
- Previous HVAC or construction experience is an asset, but not required
- G2/G3 Gas License or working towards it is a plus
