HVAC Technician (Residential Installations and construction)

The ideal candidate is someone who excels at providing high quality equipment replacement, new installations and has experience in highend custom home construction. Secondly, the successful candidate will be a great communicator experienced in delivering superior customer service. Lastly, the preferred candidate will take pride in their workmanship and we will request photos of past installations for reference!

Daily duties

- Successfully complete installations of a variety of HVAC equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, HWT, boilers, heat pumps, fireplaces, RTUʼs etc.
- Communicate effectively with project managers on construction sites
- Utilize service software (service titan) for managing jobs, completing work orders, sending invoices and taking pictures of completed work
- Collect payments before leaving the site
- Maintain a well-stocked vehicle with parts, anticipating seasonal changes in equipment installation requirements.
- Complete detailed forms and work orders.
- Communicate with sales representatives and office staff to ensure jobs go smoothly.
- Provide the highest level of professionalism and customer service, keeping your work area clean and leaving the home as if you were never there.
- Request reviews from customers upon completion of outstanding customer service.
- A Member of the On-call rotation (currently once ever 6 - 7 week rotation and growing)
- Perform service calls or other HVAC related duties as determined by the company.

Qualifications:
- Valid G driver's license with a clean abstract.
- G2 gas license and 313A or D refrigeration license as well as ODP is a must.




- Minimum of 5 years of HVAC experience

Pay: $35.00-$50.00 per hour
