Job Summary:

- We are looking for an IMAC Coordinator to coordinate and manage IT equipment moves, adds, changes, and related activities.
- The ideal candidate will have strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate Install, Move, Add, Change (IMAC)



activities for IT equipment.
- Schedule and track equipment installations, moves, and removals.
- Coordinate with technicians, users, vendors, and internal IT teams.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment, requests, and work status.
- Monitor tickets and ensure requests are completed on time.
- Follow up on pending tasks and resolve scheduling or coordination issues.
- Prepare status updates and reports for stakeholders.
- Ensure proper documentation and asset tracking.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in IT coordination, IMAC, service desk, or IT asset management.
- Experience coordinating IT hardware deployments or moves.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
