generalist initiatives at a business unit within an expanded scope of responsibility that align with organizational goals and values. Drives P&C planning, policy development, talent management, and fostering an inclusive workplace culture. Partners with leadership and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to drive performance, growth, and compliance across all P&C functions.Key ResponsibilitiesSupports front-line leadership with the management of complex team member relations cases, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions, ensuring fair and equitable outcomes.Manages HRIS and other People & Culture (P&C)-related systems to ensure efficient processes, data accuracy, and effective reporting.Drives initiatives to determine hiring needs, workforce planning, and succession planning strategies while ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives by partnering with stakeholders.Assesses P&C processes and programs to identify areas for improvement and recommends strategies for enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in line with business goals.Serves as a point of contact for all P&C-related initiatives and issues for the specific business unit level.Coaches front-line leadership on best practices in people management, compliance, and team member engagement strategies, and fostering professional growth.Designs business unit engagement strategies,
