They are looking for a junior Condo Law Clerk to join its team.This is a full time permanent role.ResponsibilitiesAssists with all aspects of condominium projects, related sales, and disclosure documentationAssists with the preparation of all condominium unit closing documentsInvolved in the registration of condominiums and related by-lawsDirectly communicates with clients and other lawyers officesDrafts and amends correspondencePrepares reporting letters and accounts to clientsPerforms sub-searches of title and off-title searchesPrepares various documents in Teraview including Transfers, Charges, Easements, Notices, Condominium By-Laws, Discharges,



etc.Organizes and maintains physical and electronic filesQualificationsA post-secondary diploma in a related Legal Administration and/or Law Clerk program or equivalent years of experienceA minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Law Clerk in Real Estate (Residential and/or Commercial). Specific Condominium experience acting on behalf of the vendor is considered an asset.Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Conveyancer/Unity, PC Law and TeraviewExcellent organization and time-management skillsAbility to work independently, accurately, and efficiently on multiple filesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrates a qualified demeanor, high ethical standards, respect, and commitment to service excellenceWe thank all applicants for their interest however only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
