Mopley Crew is looking for reliable, detail-oriented cleaning contractors who take pride in their work and care about the homes and people they serve. We’re a woman-led cleaning business that believes the little details matter. We help our clients spend less time cleaning and more time living, and we’re looking for independent professionals who share that commitment to thoughtful, thorough service.

What You’ll Do

- Provide residential and vacation-home cleaning services.
- Complete cleaning assignments to the agreed standards and client preferences.
- Work independently or with another contractor we assign to the job
- Communicate professionally about completed work, property concerns and client requests.
- Respect client privacy and treat each home with care.

What We’re Looking For

- Someone who wants to work as a self-employed contractor and understands the responsibilities involved.
- Dependability, attention to detail and strong time management.
- Pride in providing a thorough clean and following through on commitments.
- Professional cleaning experience is preferred.
- A valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.





Please Understand the Contractor Arrangement This is an opportunity to provide cleaning services as a self-employed contractor under a written independent contractor agreement.

- You supply and maintain your own cleaning equipment and products, including a vacuum, mop and cleaning kit.
- You manage how you carry out the work, while meeting agreed cleaning standards, client preferences, access requirements and safety standards.
- You are responsible for your business records, invoices and taxes, including GST registration and collection where applicable.
- You must maintain the required liability insurance.
- Compensation starts at $22 per hour while you train on our standards. Payment terms and any travel compensation will be outlined in your contractor agreement.
- Work is based on client demand and scheduling needs; a minimum number of hours is not guaranteed.
