Duties
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers as needed.

- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently to complete painting tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to assemble and disassemble equipment as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform basic maintenance on painting equipment and tools.
- Utilize basic math skills for measuring and mixing paint accurately.
- Demonstrate knowledge of lean manufacturing principles to enhance workflow efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an industrial painter or similar role is required.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Familiarity with machining processes is a plus.
