We are a licensed, home-based childcare in Richmond looking for a warm, caring, and dedicated Infant/Toddler (IT) Early Childhood Educator to join our team!

Position

Infant/Toddler Early Childhood Educator (IT Teacher)

Key Responsibilities

- Provide loving, attentive, and safe care for infants and toddlers.
- Plan and carry out age-appropriate activities.
- Maintain a clean, secure, and nurturing environment.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with parents and team members in English (Mandarin or Cantonese are an asset).
- Support each child's individual needs, interests, and development.
- Follow childcare policies, licensing requirements, and health and safety procedures.

Qualifications
- Valid Infant/Toddler Educator (IT) Certificate/License.
- Current ECE First Aid & CPR Certification.
- Explicit Criminal Record Check.




- At least one year of experience working with infants and toddlers.
- Strong communication skills in English (Mandarin or Cantonese are an asset).
- Passionate about working with young children with love and patience.
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work well as part of a team.

Compensation

$21–$23/hour $6/hour wage enhancement
