Duties

- Manage website, network and database.
- Ensure secure and reliable connectivity.
- Perform system upgrades and patches.
- Manage databases and ensure data integrity.
- Perform backups and recovery processes.
- Maintain documentation of systems and procedures
- Recommend current technologies or upgrades.
- Implement security measures to protect systems and data.
- Create marketing plans and campaigns.
- Manage SEO/SEM, social media, and online campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance (clicks, conversions, ROI).
- Use tools like analytics dashboards to measure success.
- Adjust strategies based on data insights.
- Track website traffic and engagement.
- Manage email marketing and CRM Systems.
- Maintain consistent brand voice and identity.




- Build brand awareness and reputation.
- Close sales.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers.
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections.

Qualifications - A post-secondary diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Development, Engineering Technology, or a related discipline, or comparable hands-on experience.

- One to five years of experience in software development, systems or application support, automation, device management, or connected device systems.
- Experience supporting, troubleshooting, or enhancing applications built by others is an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose technical issues. - - Excellent organization and time-management skills, including the ability to coordinate deployments, provide operational support, prepare hardware, and manage several projects at once.
