Installer – Agricultural Systems

What You’ll Do:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Installer to join our dynamic team. This hands-on role involves the installation of agricultural equipment such as ventilation systems, curtain systems and other livestock facility components. The ideal candidate thrives in a physically demanding setting, enjoys problem-solving on the job, and takes pride in high-quality workmanship.

Driving Responsibilities:

- Install agricultural equipment and systems at customer sites, including ventilation and curtain systems.
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and installation manuals.
- Use hand and power tools to assemble, mount, and install components.
- Travel to job sites (local and regional) with overnight stays as required.
- Ensure installations meet quality, safety, and customer satisfaction standards.
- Work closely with installation supervisors, team members, and customers.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all company and site-specific safety protocols.
- Perform routine service and maintenance work as needed.

What You Bring:

- High school diploma or equivalent; trade certification an asset.
- Prior experience in construction, mechanical assembly, or installation (especially in agriculture) preferred.
- Ability to read technical diagrams and use a variety of tools.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, working at heights, and in varied weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
