What to Expect

This position is expected to start January 2027 and continue through Winter/Spring term (ending approximately May 2027) or continuing into Summer 2027 if available and there is an opportunity to do so. We ask for a minimum of 12 weeks, full-time (40 hours/week) and on-site, for most internships. Our internship program is for students who are actively enrolled in an academic program.

Recent graduates seeking employment after graduation and not returning to school should apply for full-time positions, not internships.

Tesla’s Sales, Service and Delivery team oversees the regional business responsible for getting our products into our customers hands and ensuring that all their service needs are met at the highest level. They engage and educate our customer base and focus on creating a world class experience in buying and owning our vehicle. While challenging the status quo of the automotive experience, the Sales, Service and Delivery team is continuously pushing the envelope when it comes to operations and execution.

What You'll Do

- Support Territory Operations priorities including event sourcing and preperation, budgets, headcount, showroom standards, and supply
- Create and update Excel trackers and PowerPoint decks for leadership reviews
- Leverage AI tools (ie: Claude, Nova) to streamline reporting, follow-ups, and operational workflows
- Coordinate team follow-up and support cross-functional execution
- Assist in building programs that improve performance, consistency, and team cohesion
- Contribute to data analysis and process improvements and market explansion across Sales and Delivery Operations

What You'll Bring

- Currently pursuing a degree in Business or an equivalent graduate program (e.g., Business Analytics, Information Systems) with a strong business and analytical foundation or related




- Experience using AI tools to improve speed and quality of work
- Advanced Excel formatting and data handling skills
- Strong PowerPoint skills; able to create polished, executive-level presentations
- Self-directed, organized, and able to manage work with minimal oversight
- Potential to extend into a longer-term opportunity based on performance

Expected Compensation

$16.35 - $26.92 + benefits for all levels Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
