About Us
Barez Auto Recycling is a Calgary used OEM parts supplier with 500+ donor vehicles and 12,000+ inventoried parts. We sell locally, across Canada, and on eBay. We're growing and need a sharp, organized person to keep our inventory accurate and moving.
What You'll Do
- Check in incoming vehicles: record VIN, stock number, mileage, and options
- Pull, tag, and shelve parts with correct bin and location
- Enter and update parts in our inventory system (Checkmate / Car-Part.com)
- Photograph parts with our Photomate app for online listings
- Run regular cycle counts and fix location or quantity errors
- Find and pull parts for customer orders, local pickups, and shipments
- Package parts safely for courier and freight shipping
- Keep the warehouse, racking, and yard clean and organized
What We're Looking For
- Basic knowledge of auto parts and vehicle systems (mechanic, parts, or salvage experience is a big plus)
- Organized, detail-focused, and reliable
- Comfortable with a computer, tablet, and smartphone apps
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all Calgary weather
- Valid Alberta driver's licence
- Forklift experience is an asset

Ability to commute/relocate:

- This job involves lifting parts up to 50 lbs and working outdoors in all Calgary weather, including winter. Are you able to do this?
- Have you used an auto parts inventory system such as Checkmate, Car-Part.com, Hollander, or Pinnacle? If yes, which one and for how long?
- Do you have forklift experience? If yes, do you have a current forklift certificate?
- A customer needs a front bumper for a 2018 Ford F-150. Briefly explain how you would find the part in our inventory system and in the yard, and check it is the correct part before it goes out.
- This job requires positive computer skills for entering parts into our inventory software. Are you comfortable using a computer, tablet, and smartphone apps every day? Please describe your computer skills.
- This job includes moving and tagging parts, taking photos of parts for online listings, and packing and shipping parts to customers. Are you able and willing to do all of these tasks daily?
Experience:
- auto parts inventory: 1 year (preferred)
- computer / data entry: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driver's Licence (required)
