Key Accountabilities 1. Business Planning & Performance Contribute to annual goals, objectives, and strategic plans for SVGB and the Retail Division, and translate them into monthly targets and staff priorities. Monitor trends in the convenience, fuel, and tobacco retail sectors and recommend improvements. Track performance against goals; report progress to the Manager, Retail Operations in weekly meetings and via a year-end completion report. 2. Daily Operations & Financial Control Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing security procedures, cash control, and shift reconciliation.
