Hours: 30.00 hours / week

Salary: $21.00 / hour

Start Date: As soon as possible

Work Environment: Non-smoking, private residence

Key Responsibilities
Provide daily bedside and personal care (grooming, bathing, hygiene, and mobility assistance).
Administer prescribed medications as directed in the care plan.
Assist the client with regular exercise routines, including accompanied daily walks.
Offer patient and engaging companionship to maintain social and emotional well-being.

Nutrition & Daily Living
Plan, prepare, and serve nutritious meals tailored to therapeutic diets and dietary restrictions.
Assist with meal setup and feeding as required.

Household Maintenance
Perform light housekeeping, cleaning, and sanitizing of care areas.
Launder, mend, and organize clothing and household linens.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience:



1 month to less than 7 months of direct home care or personal support experience.

Certifications
Valid First Aid Certificate
Valid CPR Certificate
Safety Clearance: Satisfactory Criminal Record Check.
Language: Fluent in spoken and written English.

Physical Capabilities & Work Conditions
Ability to perform a continuous combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Comfortable performing repetitive daily tasks with consistent quality and care.
