We are seeking an experienced Senior Claims Adjuster – Cross Border, Hospitality & Retail Claims to join our growing team in Canada. This position offers adaptable work arrangements, including remote, hybrid, or in-office options. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a portfolio of complex casualty and commercial general liability (CGL) claims across Canada, with a focus on hospitality and retail-related exposures. This includes investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and resolving claims involving bodily injury, business interruption, foodborne illness, slip-and-fall incidents, and other casualty matters. The role requires robust analytical, negotiation, and customer service skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple files efficiently while delivering exceptional client service. Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 annually
