This part time coaching role involves guiding young athletes in freestyle skiing, fostering their confidence and skills in a dynamic training setting. You will team up with leadership to craft effective training programs and maintain consistent communication with athletes’ families. Key Responsibilities:
• Create a safe and encouraging training space for athletes
• Design and adjust seasonal training plans collaboratively
• Provide regular demonstrations of skills
• Document daily training activities accurately
• Participate in team travel for competitions
Requirements:
• Minimum CFSA Level 1 certification required
• Prior coaching or competing experience is a plus
• Solid communication and service-oriented mindset
• Weekend availability from Christmas to March Break
• Willingness to adapt to changing weather conditions
