In addition to developing and maintaining our platform, we work on a variety of exciting projects for our clients within the real estate and food industries, providing innovative tech and marketing solutions that meet their unique needs.We are looking to hire a Marketing Coordinator to join our team to work on exciting projects for both liv.Rent and our diverse client base which spans across real estate, tech, hospitality and food industries.What You'll Be DoingOwn assigned marketing tasks from brief through to completion, tracking deadlines, approvals, and next stepsBuild and maintain project workbacks and timelines, proactively flagging risks, blockers, and missing informationSupport the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, content, and other channelsParticipate in internal and external marketing meetings and prepare meeting summaries and clear, actionable next stepsConduct research and synthesize findings into clear, practical takeaways and recommendationsCreate presentation decks and document briefs tailored to the audienceReview marketing materials and deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with the briefSupport event and activation planning and coordination, including timelines, vendors, materials, logistics, and follow-upsUse AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Claude Code to support research, content, and workflow efficiencyAssist with day-to-day coordination between team members, clients, partners,
