Your contributions will include assessing needs, developing care plans, and providing life skills training. This position lasts until March 31, 2027, and emphasizes continuous career development in your field.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments and create tailored Personal Service Plans
• Coordinate care with counselors and community resources
• Facilitate life skills training and household management
• Support youth in attending appointments and social activities
• Ensure safety and manage emergencies effectively
Requirements:
• Certificate in human or social services
• At least one year of relevant experience
• Criminal record check is required
• Open to all qualified applicants
• Flexible availability for casual hours
