Job Requirements

- Education: Completion of secondary school is required Experience: 5 years of experience in irrigation system installation and maintenance is required Previous experience in installing residential and commercial sprinkler systems and the ability to read technical blueprints will be considered significant assets Physically fit, is able to manually trench by trade standards Previous in designing and installation is a significant asset Excellent customer service skills for communicating job design and installation details Language: English

Job Duties: Installation & System Setup:
- Install, test, and maintain residential and commercial irrigation systems, including pipes, sprinkler heads,



and specialized valves Read and interpret blueprints, maps, and specifications to determine the exact layout and installation sequence of irrigation networks, and assist with designing. Install and program computerized control systems, timers, and sensors to ensure efficient water distribution

Maintenance & Operational Safety:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and replace defective components of irrigation systems to minimize water waste and ensure system longevity Monitor inventory of parts and equipment and coordinate with suppliers for necessary project materials Ensure all installation and repair activities strictly adhere to provincial health and safety regulations Provide on-site technical guidance and training to junior installers or general laborers
