Mulu Jewelry is looking for an experienced Jewelry Store Manager to support our retail locations across the GTA.

We are looking for someone who has previous jewelry retail management experience and understands how to hire, train, coach, and develop strong salespeople.

This is a hands-on position. You will work directly with our sales teams on the floor, train new employees, coach existing team members, and help ensure each location has a strong and productive sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruit, interview, and assist with hiring Sales Associates
- Train and onboard new employees
- Provide ongoing sales coaching and product training
- Visit Mulu Jewelry locations regularly to work directly with the teams
- Monitor individual sales performance and KPIs
- Identify underperforming employees and provide hands-on coaching and improvement plans
- Help develop strong sales techniques, closing skills, appointment setting, client follow-up, and customer service
- Ensure employees understand jewelry products, financing options, custom orders, repairs, and company procedures
- Support Team Leads when required
- Help maintain consistent sales and service standards across all locations
- Report employee progress, staffing needs, and performance concerns directly to ownership

Requirements





- Previous jewelry store management experience is required
- Strong retail sales background
- Proven experience hiring and training salespeople
- Strong coaching and leadership skills
- Comfortable working directly on the sales floor
- Ability to identify performance issues and take action quickly
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel between Mulu Jewelry locations in the GTA
- Flexible availability, including weekends when required

Compensation: $25–$30 per hour, based on experience
