We are seeking a skilled and motivated Journeyman/Woman Electrician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems across various industrial and commercial settings. Your expertise will ensure that electrical infrastructure operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all relevant codes and standards.

Responsibilities
- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams to execute installation and repair tasks accurately.
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems including wiring, lighting, control panels, and low voltage systems.
- Use a variety of hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete electrical work on construction sites or existing facilities.
- Work with industrial electrical systems, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, and automation components.
- Conduct inspections of electrical installations during renovation projects to ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
- Diagnose electrical issues promptly using diagnostic tools and techniques to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople such as carpenters or plumbers during construction or renovation projects to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
- Valid journeyman/woman electrician license or certification recognized by local authorities.
- Proven experience in industrial electrician work with a strong understanding of electrical systems, schematics, and blueprints.
- Hands-on experience with low voltage wiring, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and automation systems.
- Proficiency in reading schematics and technical drawings for complex electrical setups.
- Ability to operate power tools safely and efficiently in various environments.
- Construction experience with a focus on renovation projects is highly desirable.
- Strong handyman skills with the ability to troubleshoot diverse electrical issues independently.
