Junior Sales Representative – Winbo International

Winbo International is a B2B low-voltage distributor looking for a motivated Junior Sales Representative to join our team. This is an entry-level role focused on building solid relationships with our existing customer base, supporting account growth, and learning the business from the inside. You’ll work mostly internally while making regular calls to connect with customers and help expand opportunities across our product lines, including low-voltage cables, CCTV, networking, alarms, and audio.

What you’ll do

- Call and connect with our existing customers to strengthen relationships and identify growth opportunities
- Support account management by following up on inquiries, orders, and customer needs
- Learn our low-voltage product lines so you can confidently discuss solutions with customers
- Help generate new business through targeted outreach to prospects
- Use QuickBooks to track activity and keep customer information current
- Collaborate with the team on leads, follow-ups, and customer support

- Ability to work independently and take ownership of your tasks
- Strong interest in learning product knowledge across low-voltage systems
- A go-getter attitude with energy and drive to build customer relationships
- Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-first approach
- Comfort making outbound calls and managing customer conversations
- Prior sales experience is a plus
- Mandarin or Cantonese fluency is a plus
