We are looking for a reliable, organized and hard-working individual to join our Production team as our Kegging & Logistics Coordinator.

This is a hands-on and physically demanding brewery position combining keg washing and filling with inventory management, shipping coordination and administrative support. Regular lifting, handling and movement of empty and full kegs is an essential part of the job. The successful candidate must be comfortable with the physical demands of brewery work while also being organized, detail-oriented and confident using computers.

Reporting to the Brewmaster, you will help ensure that our kegging operation runs efficiently and that beer, kegs and information move accurately between Production, Sales, our Taprooms, customers and delivery partners.

While this is primarily a Monday-to-Friday position, occasional evening or weekend work may be required during busy periods.

Responsibilities

- Wash, inspect and fill kegs safely and efficiently.
- Regularly lift, handle, stack and move empty and full kegs throughout the brewery and warehouse.
- Coordinate keg inventory and logistics for customers, taprooms,



couriers and deliveries.
- Maintain and track the brewery’s keg inventory, movements and returns.
- Pick, prepare and stage keg orders for customers, taprooms and deliveries.
- Accurately enter and maintain production, inventory, transfer and shipping records.
- Prepare customer invoices and assist with billing and order documentation.
- Assist with shipping documentation and other day-to-day logistics.
- Communicate with Production, Sales, Taprooms and Delivery staff to ensure orders and commitments are fulfilled.
- Assist with keg deliveries as required.
- Support other packaging operations when required, including setup and cleanup.
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe kegging and work area.
- Perform general plant cleaning and other production duties as required.
- Follow all brewery health and safety procedures, including the safe handling of cleaning and sanitation chemicals.

Skills & Experience

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with computers and learning new software. Solid computer skills are an asset.
- Experience with spreadsheets, inventory management, invoicing, shipping/receiving or other business software is an asset.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, shipping/receiving, food and beverage production, manufacturing or a similar environment is an asset.
- Able to maintain accurate inventory,



order and shipping records.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with several departments.
- Able to work independently, prioritize tasks and exercise good judgment.
- Reliable, flexible and comfortable troubleshooting day-to-day problems.
- Must be physically capable of regularly lifting and handling kegs and working with full kegs weighing up to approximately 140 lbs, using appropriate handling techniques and equipment.
- Able to work in a physically demanding setting involving prolonged standing, bending, twisting, lifting and repetitive movement.
- Able to work safely with cleaning and sanitation chemicals.
- A valid driver’s licence and clean driving record is an asset.
- Brewery experience is welcome but not required -- training will be provided.
