We're opening a brand-new Trespass store in Peterborough and need a dynamic, customer-focused Key Holder to help us launch it. You'll play a key role in smooth store operations, great customer service, and driving sales from day one – with real scope to grow into leadership.
Contracted Hours - 30 Hours per week
Duties
- Support opening/closing procedures and daily store operations
- Help the team hit sales targets through upselling and product demos
- Educate customers on product features, especially technology items
- Maintain merchandising standards and organized displays
- Handle POS transactions and cash accurately
- Resolve customer queries and ensure satisfaction
- Support stock replenishment and inventory counts
- Train and mentor current staff on sales and service standards
- Communicate promotions and coordinate with the team
Requirements
- Retail sales or customer service experience; tech sales a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and active listening
- Basic math for cash handling and POS
- Confident with product demos and upselling
- Familiarity with merchandising and POS systems
- Team player with leadership potential
Pay: From $19.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 30.0 per week
