This position partners closely with the Controller and cross-functional teams to support financial close processes, strengthen internal controls, and ensure alignment across cross-border operations.This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment and is looking to contribute to both operational execution and continuous improvement initiatives.What Success Looks LikeAccurate and timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processesStrong internal controls and audit readiness across Canadian and U.S. operationsEffective collaboration with Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality teamsClear and compliant financial reporting aligned with applicable accounting standardsContinuous improvement of financial processes and systemsReliable support for budgeting, forecasting, and cross‑functional initiativesResponsibilitiesSupport monthly, quarterly,
