This complex leadership role involves working closely with the Board of Directors, the Government of Canada,



and the Minister of Government Transformation, Public Works, and Procurement to set and achieve the company's objectives. The President and CEO will have general oversight of the business, be accountable for financial sustainability, and must be prepared to make strategic decisions in a rapidly changing digital and competitive setting.Key responsibilities for the President and CEO include developing and executing operating and capital plans, fostering a dynamic and entrepreneurial organizational culture, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. The role also requires the development of progressive human resources strategies, maintaining strong labor-management relationships, and leading a competent team.
